I'm about as far from a make up artist as you can get.
Sure, I enjoy playing around with make up, but I really don't know a lot about the science behind proper make up application.
My highlighting and contouring is a joke, I've never filled in my brows, and most of my make up products cost less than $15.
But, of those cheap, Drug Store products, here are my favorites:
1. L'Oreal Million Lashes
Started buying this product a few years ago after seeing a review for it in a magazine.
I have found it to truly add fullness without clumping.

2. Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick
The colors I own and love are
Wine With Everything (creme)
A deep, striking red
Kissable Pink (pearl)
The sweetest, sheer pink that looks great with everything
Fire and Ice (creme)
Bright, bold, orange-y red
Rich Girl Red (pearl)
A cheery coral color that looks great in summer

3. Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless
I used to be really into mineral make up.
I still like that, but I wanted to try something new.
I found this product to be nice because you can kind of build it depending on how much coverage you need.
Also comes in a Dewey + Smooth option for those who have normal to dry skin.

4. CoverGirl Lash Blast
I have used this stuff for years.
I know this is bizarre, but I apply this product first and then apply the L'oreal Million Lashes Mascara.
I'm sure it's all in my head, but I think the combo of these two mascaras makes for the longest, fullest, lashes!

5. Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick
The two colors I own so far are:
Nude Lust
LOVE this neutral shade
Fuchsia Fever
V. Bright and V. Fun
6. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser - Dark Circles
Concealer for Dummies!
I have this in the Brightener/Illuminator shade and use it under my eyes.
Not Drug Store Prices, But Worth It:
Urban Decay Naked Palette
Bought my first Naked Palette probably 3 years ago, and I'm still going strong on it.
I'm about to run out of two of the colors that I use most often, but you can buy them in singles!
It is WELL worth the higher price tag in my opinion.
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion
This stuff is a real game changer.
I'm not kidding when I say my eyeshadow NEVER creases if I apply the Primer Potion first.
Even after 12 hour days at work!
I will never stop buying this!
